These artworks consist of a series of computer animated sequences and prints, based on leaves floating down a river. They are studies based on the visual sensations generated by the lateral movement of the river surface, the rippling but static vertical reflections of the dark green trees. Interacting with this is the lateral movement of the leaves with a random fall pattern and subtle movements effected by the water and wind.

The animated sequences are available on DVD format, to be displayed on Plasma screens or projected. The Prints are produced by inkjet with archival, pigment based inks on watercolour paper or aluminium.

All these works, still and animated sequences, were produced using the Softimage XSI, three dimensional animation System.
